Bigby's Restaurant in Cebu Philippines

If you’re following this blog religiously, you may have noticed that in almost every food and restaurant review we make, there’s a backstory behind why we choose to dine at a certain place.

Dinner at Bigby’s Cafe and Restaurant at the Terraces Ayala Cebu was no different.  It had a backstory all right but it’s as shallow as Bigby’s serving bottomless ice tea unlike Sunburst.  But don’t get me wrong, that’s not the only thing Bigby’s has to offer.

Filipino Restaurant in Cebu - Tsiboom by Jeffroger Kho 'Fedge' Photography

Parkmall in Mandaue Reclamation Area (beside Cebu International Convention Center) has been open for quite sometime now but I haven’t tried any of the new Cebu restaurants there.

I was with my mom that day and we were talking about dining in Manila Foodshoppe because we’ve heard so much about how big their servings are and how affordable their food was.  Unfortunately Manila Foodshoppe was full that night so we had to find another Filipino restaurant.

TsiBoom Native Restaurant on the other side of Parkmall was my next choice because it had a very inviting green color and the interiors were somewhat classy as well.  Here’s our experience at this Filipino restaurant in Parkmall Cebu.

Chinese Restaurant in Cebu - Wang Shan Lo - Club Ultima, Philippines Food, Philippines Restaurant

So we are kinda going serious with our photography hobby and got ourselves an unofficial gig; a pre-nup for a friend who got married last October 2008.  Yes guys, this post is so long overdue!

After the photo shoot, which by the way we were not so proud of since we were so amateur then and even now, we got ourselves invited for dinner with the couple at Wang Shan Lo Chinese Restaurant at Club Ultima.

I was kinda excited because it was my first time to go up the Club Ultima.  The elevator ride freaked me out a bit because it went up very fast, and we were in a see-through capsule elevator.  Although the way up was scary, I just conditioned myself about the bountiful eat-all-you-can (Php 450) dinner we will be having.
